THERE IS A DOCTOR ON CALL FOR EMERGENCIES AT ALL TIMES.

1st and 3rd Wednesday evening
2nd and 4th Saturday Morning
These surgeries will compromise pre-booked appointments only and will not be for emergencies. The latter will continue to be covered by the existing out-of-hours service. There will be one doctor on duty and no nursing staff.
FOR PATIENTS
WITH HEARING DIFFICULTIES
Patients with hearing difficulties
can be provided with a listening aid to use during their consultation. Please
ask at reception about this.
WHAT
TO DO IF THE SURGERY IS CLOSED
If you need urgent medical advice
when the surgery is closed, you should ring 01564 793333 to get the number of
the local emergency service. This service is run by a specially trained team of
doctors, nurses and other health professionals who will discuss your problem with
you and decide the most appropriate course of action. You can also ring NHS Direct
at any time on 0845 4647.

We provide a confidential service to all our patients, including under 16s. This means that you can tell others about your healthcare here but we won't. We respect your right to privacy and keep all your health information confidential and secure. It is important that the NHS keeps accurate and up to date records about your health and treatment, so that those treating you can give you the best possible care. This information may be used for management and audit purposes. However, it is usually only available to and used by those involved in your care. You have the right to know what information we hold about you. If you wish to see your records, please contact the practice manager.

The Freedom of Information Act 2000
obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme. A Publication Scheme is
a guide to the ‘classes’ of information the practice intends to routinely
make available.
